No, the summer season doesn't have dibs on the wet look. Even though the beach/wet hair connection seems logical, the look has more to give. Once the sun goes behind the clouds, forget the soaking wet, wavy mermaid style, and opt for a more discreet and classy way of wearing the wet look.
Slick-back hair: both graphic and grunge
There's no need to worry about the rain this fall, your hair will already be wet! Fixed in place, and shiny with the help of a wet-look-effect lacquer, your locks will both stay ahead of nature's whims and lead the fashion pack with. For long hair, this style requires you to create a center part and then smooth the hair down on each side using a large-toothed comb, to create thick grooves.
